Banner Graphic for Website

Hi, thanks for looking at my requirement. I need a banner graphic to head up a website. It\'s dimensions should match those at [login to view URL] (I\'m sorry I don\'t know what they are). The website on which the graphic will appear is called [login to view URL] and it relates to horse racing in Ireland. As such, the background should be green; font orange; and there should be some IRISH (note, not US or English or any other nationality!) horse racing imagery.
