Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the client remotely

- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist in data entry, database management, and record keeping
- Communicate with clients and team members effectively, both written and verbally
- Collaborate with the client to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Provide general customer support and handle inquiries or issues as needed
