Greentomatoes finds worldwide talent for our customers. We do this with the help of artificial intelligence. Our smart tool Anna dives into the world of data and looks for good candidates 24/7. As soon as Anna has found candidates, a quick scan will follow. We chat with the candidates and tell them about the vacancy. Do they suit the position? Are they enthusiastic? Then we present them to the customer. As a Remote Assistant Recruiter you’re handling the LinkedIn inbox, ensure that everyone gets a response and screen potential candidates on their LinkedIn profile. If the profile is interesting, you introduce it to the customer. In addition, it is our goal to collect as much information as possible from as many people as possible. So if someone is not interested now, fill the database with the correct information. And the great thing off al, you can do this from home! As long as you are available for x-amount of hours per week. So this is a perfect job next to a busy study, or another part-time job. Activities - Chat & email with various candidates via social media - Selecting the right candidates based on LinkedIn profiles - Processing information from the chats in our systems What are we looking for in you? - Greentomatoes is a start-up where no day is the same. Sometimes everything must have been finished yesterday and sometimes it will take forever to get a baby-step further. But together with the team it always works out.
