I would like to start by saying that although I do not have prior experience with zendesk, I am a very fast learner who would be dedicated to learning the skills necessary to operate on this platform.
I have spent the majority of my professional life working in customer service, and now that I have moved over to an online platform I am hoping to continue using those skills in a digital way. I meet your requirements of what you are seeking in an employee, and believe I have superb customer service skills developed through years of working in this field.
I enjoy helping customers find solutions to their problems, and I always communicate in a profession and courteous manner. I am always excited by opportunities to learn new skills, and so this project will be both interesting and informative.
You mentioned you are seeking around 21 hours per week, and I am able to dedicate that much time. I am also able to work longer hours, so if needed I am always around to work.
