Scale and Superimpose a static image into a cinematic sequence

Edit a cinematic video by scaling and superimposing a static image (PNG) into specific scenes of the video. The image will need to be placed (layered) into parts of the video so that it looks and appears like it was part of the original.
The video is six minutes long. The image is required only when a specific part of the set is visible, and this occurs about 12 different times, each lasting a few seconds. In some scenes there are people or moving objects obstructing the area where the image is to appear. This means that you will need the expertise to layer those sprites above the superimposed image.
When you apply please ask for a copy of the video. This will let us know you have fully read and understand the job description, and will also give you an opportunity to look at the video to make sure you are confident you can complete the scaling and superimposing of the image we will supply.
