Create short video using the content of an email

I would like to create a video which will be posted to a Facebook page as a cover video. The video content will be made using an email (see attached pdf) which will like a commercial to come to an event.
I tried to do this in PowerPoint (attached) but I don't have the time to figure this out. The event is in one week so I need this fairly quick)
I'm expecting high quality work and it must render correctly in Facebook. Not like the garbage I did here [login to view URL] (the video does not fit correctly in the frame)
To be clear, I need a new professional video. It can be PowerPoint to video but cannot look like the garbage I did.
