BHH 20180507R - Easier Subtitles

We have 6x short videos to which we will add English and Chinese text (for a total of 6x resultant videos, each video with both English subtitles and Chinese subtitles concurrently). There is no spoken audio on these videos, so we can probably add the subtitles as follows: - Toward the beginning of the video, show both the English and Chinese title for about 5 seconds. - If the video has descriptions, show both the English and Chinese descriptions for about 5 seconds for each description section.
