Help Me Convert MOV Files

We have several very large MOV files which display perfectly in Windows Media Player. We wish to convert these to MP4 or a similar format. Whenever we use any converter to do this, the background (which is pure bright white) looks blue, and the general image seems washed out. (Research says this may be the Apple Gamma Bug.) I need to know how to create MP4 files from my MOV files that convert correctly, without any image change. Please help! Only bid if you are EXACTLY aware of this kind of bug and know how to correct it, without purchasing additional software. I also don't want you to do this for me as I need to know for future! Thank you for your time.

Hi. I think your problem is caused by the codec used in the MOV. MOV files are Mac native and when some codes behave weird when they are used in a Windows workflow. Why don't you send me an extrac of your MOV files (1 minute, maybe less) I can check the codec, run several tests and find the problem. I'm a Certified Apple Instructor in video, so I'm very confident that I can solve the problem. If I do you pay, me if not you don't. Thanks Best regards
