Videographer needed - 2 days shoot at 3 homes in Sydney Metro and 1 workshop Ourimbah

BRIEF: Objective 1: Create media assets We want to create media assets of the client’s commercialised furniture in the form of high resolution photos and videos. We will be creating media assets for 3 primary products - the client’s Folding Stairs, Ladders and Aviator Chair. We plan to create the assets via a two day film and photo shoot with a local vendor on the ground between Sydney and Ourimbah. Our fundamental overriding goal is to create a whole set of media assets that the client can utilize well into the future for a variety of reasons - website assets, marketing material, assets that can be reused by future distributors etc. It’s a broad goal, but with some specific near-term targets, aimed to maximize the value we can extract from the shoot. Objective 2: Create a short form video We want to create a short form video (2 - 4mins) highlighting the build, engineering and sustainability aspects of the [login to view URL] filmmaker will capture shots of the workshop in Ourimbah, the manufacturing process and conduct an interview with the owner of the company. A final edited film will be created nby the filmmaker. Objective 3: Shoot the installation process of the clients product. We will be creating a video tutorial for the clients' customers that shows each step of the installation process of one of the clients products. The filmmaker will shoot these steps in a uniform manner and styling that adheres to some of the guidelines provided by us. There are 15 to 25 steps in the installation process, depending on how the final structure is shot. Day 1: Capturing footage and stills of staircases in up to 3 locations in Sydney metropolitan area. Stills: Up to 7 high resolution, edited, colour graded and retouched shots for the stairs in each location. 1 ‘hero’ shot and 6 multi-angle shots. Footage: Footage of the stairs from multiple angles and in multiple styles at each of the 3 locations in Sydney. This footage will be captured at the discretion of the filmmaker with general guidance from Latical. Filmmaker will provide the best captured footage from each location that has been edited and graded with guidance from Latical. Day 2: Full day shoot on location at Workshop in Ourimbah. Footage of Assembly process (for Instruction manual): 10 to 15 videos highlighting each step of the installation process for the client's Folding Stairs. Videos would vary in length and could run between 20 and 120 seconds for each step depending. Shot in a uniform setting with uniform lighting, styling and cinematography. Art Direction Input by Latical Design. Editing by yourself Footage of the client’s ‘Aviator chair’ Footage and imagery (up to 7 high resolution retouched and graded shots) of the client’s ladder (to match style of staircase footage) Footage of workshop and the manufacturing process to create a new short engineering and sustainability video Footage of the founder discussing the products and process from an ergonomic, manufacturing, engineering and sustainability perspective. Final cut of video to be between 2 and 4 minutes. Editing, music, titles and color grading by filmmaker with guidance from Latical.
