Create a final MP4 file from MP3 audio and other Camtasia library files.

This will ultimately be uploaded by us on YouTube, etc.
Need to have the project completed within a week of commencement.
Initial ‘draft’ creation/outline has been completed on Camtasia – now needs final production from the created/selected files of an original MP3 audio interview file as well as music, text, background, sketch-motions, callouts and music set out in the completed “draft”.
Have a primary 9 minute primary audio file (interview), needs intro/exit music (Camtasia “Piano-Lounge”) text fade-in, call-outs (from current screen-shots), background (Camtasia “Dance-Steps”, finalised ‘back-text’ has been decided on and now needs to be completed with sketch-motions/call-outs to create a final file estimated to be about 9+ minutes in length. Have screen shots of proposed layout (story-board) done. May also need to also edit out some unwanted sections just before the final version. All files will be forwarded to the successful tender/bidder once selected by us.
