VB.net selenium/PhanotmJS headles multithreaded source

I need someone who can write and provide a working source code. I will use this source for documentation and learning purposes so if lines are commented would be even better. Must be written in VB.net using selenium/PhanotmJS. Must be multithreaded with the ability to set the thread number. Must be headless. Must include the webdrivermanager to auto download the correct browser driver or if you have any alternative for browser driver conflicts. Must navigate to a webpage - ( any web page of your choice) and submit a form ( any form, you can even use the selenium testing page. ).
