Voice Module - Unity 3D

We are developing an application similar to Talking Tom/Booba. In that application, instead of cat its going to be a Human. What we need is ONLY the voice module. NO ARTWORK INVOLVED. We need a Demo (Unity Web Player) before we could award the project. This is because we have tried many freelancers but none could do the job. The app should have a slider, changing the slider should change the recorded voice( may be pitch or frequency). When you speak into the phone, the app should record the audio and once you stop talking the app should play it back. The played back audio must have a different voice. 1) it should be manly 2) it shouldn't be funny 3) it shouldn't be chipmunk or monster voice. When the app plays the recorded audio, it should not record any audio. This is to avoid unwanted recording loop. The background noise should be cut as long as possible. It can be eliminated either through frequency basis or volume basis. a) Please do not copy & paste your questions/skills? Take time to type it. b) Please do not quote ridiculous amount. If you are going to quote outside the Bid Range, better send a demo of this app, to prove your work is worth the $ c) Please read the description properly, do not ask if we will provide the ART WORK. d) This is only the Voice Module, the demo of this app is mandatory before we award the project.
