Mass Access Tokens Needed To Be Created - repost

I need mass Access Tokens created and compiled into a book ( list ) for 200 twitter accounts that I already have made.

1- go to [login to view URL] and sign in with twitter username and password

2- click the blue "Create a new application" button on the right

3-write something in th "Name" and "Description" fields and in the "Website" field (has to start with "http://")

4- click the "Yes, I agree" checkbox and fill the CAPTCHA, and click the "Create your twitter application" button on the bottom

5- in the next screen, write down the "Consumer key" and "Consumer secret", these are the first 2 we need

6- go to the 2nd tab ("Settings") and change the "Access" to "Read, Write and Access direct messages", and click the "Update this Twitter application's settings" button on the bottom

7- go back to the first tab and click the "Create my access token" button on the bottom

8- write down the "Access token" and "Access token secret", these are the other 2 keys that we need

9- confirm that the "Access level" is " Read, write, and direct messages"
