Game Team for Microsoft XNA Game

I am interested in making a game for microsoft xbox 360 using XNA. I need a team of a programmer, graphic designer and musician. In a nutshell the game is a multiple choice answer game that can be played by one player or by multiplayer over xbox live. I can send details after I have an NDA signed. I would like to get a time frame and am willing to spend at most $4500. Since this is an important project having something like skype with voice chat/text chat on a daily basis is a must. You need to give full status reports weekly and have alot of positive feedback on RAC. You need to also be available on skype or some other program daily so that I can ask you whats going on. when you fill out a weekly report all work done must be attached for review. Before bidding I want to see (if you have) youtube videos of games and multimedia things you made, I want to see your art style examples, if possible a playable demo of something you made. Music examples etc. Please only post relevant work that you did that will help me decide if you are capable. Also note that if you are either a programmer, graphic designer, or musician only you may contact me as well. I am looking into the idea of have 3 seperate bids for each job and the team would work together and when the job is complete and the game is live and I receive all source files I will release funds to all involved. Also note $4500 is what would be divided between the three. Note though that the amount won't be distributed evenly as certain jobs will require more work and need to be paid higher amounts(example programmer). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Microsoft XNA, XBox 360
