Looks like you need someone with a real expertise in transcribing for uncommon accents. My first transcription project actually involved transcribing for a mix of Chinese, Singaporean and Malaysian accents. The next projects I did involved transcribing for Australian, then later on Japanese, then American, Canadian, Native American, Caribbean, Dutch, German and much, much more as you can see on my work history and portfolio samples, enough for me to claim that I am pretty much accent-blind when it comes to producing transcripts. As long as the recording of the audio is decent enough I can transcribe anything! I am requesting to be paid £ 250 for this project. Please set this milestone in advance before hiring me. Of course you can only release this once my work is delivered to your expectations. Alternatively you can consider just hiring me to work on one hour of audio first for just £ 20 and then you can set more milestones and let me do the rest. Please allow one day for me to finish each hour of audio material as well, and one extra more just in case if I need to go back and revise the transcripts for accuracy.
