Job Description: • Installation and Field Repair • Selection, appointment and continuous management of ISPs • Ensure that SOP is followed for install time and quality Customer Satisfaction • Input for Capacity Planning and forecasting • Properly using and maintaining tools • Install and repair of SD/HD/VOD DTH set-top box • Technical training • Importance of cleaning customer premises • Comprehend customer’s requirement • Handling customer escalation calls • Hands on scenario-based role plays • Health & Safety at the workplace • Responsible for delivering all training courses as per the company standard • Increase student skills and ability to meet the needs of corporate placement entities as per the client skill matrix • Engagement with students and their parents regarding personal development and growth Key Skills: • Excellent presentation skills • Basic content management skills • Ability to conduct standup training delivery • Ability to deliver technical training and conducting practical • The candidate must be assertive, articulate and good influencer • Service mindset, a Role model, • Highly energetic, Passionate for training • High driving zeal among the students • Facilitator and counselor
