I'm seeking an experienced real estate professional to assist in property buying ventures remotely from the UK. Key skills required include:
- Real estate sourcing and acquisition
- Strong understanding of local market trends
- Liaising with home owners, Lenders & Solicitors
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with UK property laws
- This role is more than a PA, it requires sales progression so previous estate agency experience is ideal
- Part time. Ideally want a contractor who has the potential to go permanent
- £15ph and increase past probation period
