Low-poly 3D-objects for a animation project

Hello modellers and artist. I need some help with modelling on a project with strict time schedule, so we don't have time to do all modelling ourselves.
It does not matter what software you use for modelling, as long as it is exportable as either *.obj, *.3ds or preferably *.lwo (Lightwave 3D)
The keywords regarding style is "low-poly" and "isometric". Se reference images for more details on aesthetics.
The list of objects we need produced is:
- Volkswagen E-Golf electric car.
- Standard charging station for electric cars
- A standard truck (like the one in the picture)
- Snarøya Church (three reference images attached - SnaroeyaChurc 01,02 and 03)
- An electric bike
- Four varied standard Norwegian suburban houses (variations of the functional style seen in the reference pitcure [login to view URL])
