Convert 2D Electrical Layout to Revit 3D

I need 2D electrical plan CAD drawings converted to 3D Revit electrical plans. have attached 3 files to this post. If you open the file number 1, this shows how I want the space boundaries to be created and what materials I want assigned to the walls (refer to layers where each wall type is designated). On this file, you can then open the xref for the lighting drawing (file Number 2) each lighting fixture type and keypad is assigned separate block and layer for your easy identification). Finally, the original architectural plan (file Number 3) can also be opened as an xref. I do not need any furniture or the outdoor space modeled, or the interior spaces and the electrical plan. For ceiling heights, you can use 4 meters for all indoor space. This is just a sample and there are many other drawings to complete.
