The Best thing to do in this Case is to Create an stl file. An stl file can be created from this 2d image to 3d image that will be best suited for bas relief. Stl files can be used for 3d printing also, so there is that option, if you are considering 3d printing. But I am 100% confiedent that the file will do you good. You only need to pay me, if you are satisfied with the work. I can deliver it within a day, the 3 day is for any unseen surprises.
