I have house plans in SPD file format. It is a complete set. I need an Architect to make some revisions for me in the plans. I will provide the revisions in PDF, need them changed in the CAD files. 1. Make a couple room changes 2. Add covered driveway entry off front door entrance 3. Change ceiling height on basement level 4. Provide a 3D renderings of the home (exterior and interior) Plans must complete and ready for me to submit to a local architect for stamping, with exception of some minor changes for local laws.
