Freelance Character Animators in blender or maya

i am looking for character animators for development of safety animation. we will provide with rigged characters and turnaround with various facial expressions of the character. the platform for animation would be either in maya or in blender. story board would be given in for of written script telling what action is expected no sketched storyboard would be provided. artist can specify the platform they are comfortable to work with (maya or blender). kindly give quote for per minute or per second charges. kindly do not quote per hour. artist should also specify time duration for finishing 1 minute of animation. the expectation is to do animation only and this does not include modelling, texturing lighting or rendering.
