Dynamic 3D Animation - Heavy Plexus/Trapcode Skills Req\'d

We currently have a flat 2D \'infographic animation\' describing a set of innovation design principles and tools that we want to take into a mind-blowing dynamic experience through \'3d space\'. At the core of the project is taking the flat animation sequence and reconstructing it in modular 3D where particles dynamically form the objects, their interaction and overall story flow into one continuous stream of particles/lines taking shape and disappearing back again into a neural, digital fabric of the cyberspace. Expected runtime is 1min30s - 2min. Expecting tools such as PLEXUS & TRAPCODE (Form, 3D Stroke and Particular) will be critical in delivering the right outcome .. and possibly using a 3D package of choice to build the core storyboard/objects in 3D space.
