3d Animation/Modeling -- 2

I am requesting your amazing talent and artistic skills to create a 25.4 second animation render. The render is a specific vision that I would like to bring to life via 3d software rendering solutions of course, the style I am looking for is as photorealistic as possible. The render should start off with the camera flying over water low level with the mountain range (that I am about to show you in a picture) within field of view, the camera fly's low level over the water until 9 seconds into the animation then stops in the middle of the water and stays hovered in that place, then from the rest of the remaining 16 seconds a rusty sprocket very very slowly rises out of the depths of the water to eye level with the camera, the sprocket as it is coming out of the water needs to be rotating slowly in a orientation that has the sprocket center in a position that is perfectly upright with the center hole visible to the camera so that the camera is looking through the center sprocket hole like a person looking out a window. The sprocket needs to be close to the camera as it is magically rotating out of the water but not too close to ensure the whole entire sprocket stays within frame. The water in the valley needs to be gently rippling the entire time of the render and the clouds need to be gently moving in the background throughout the entire animation. When the rusty sprocket breaks the surface of the water as it is rising out of the water, there would need to be water flowing off of the sides of the rusty sprocket that looks realistic as you would see any other object removed from the water in real life. The animation finally ends with a smooth fade out to a black screen at the final 25.4 second mark. Here in this email you will find attached two pictures that show you the location that the render needs to be in minus the giant tree with the door and hive nest thing. The other picture will be what the sprocket should look like, just make sure to make it rusty looking as it is not rusty in the reference photo I am sending. Oh and this whole animation needs to be synced to a audio file I am sending you that corresponds to the time marks that I mentioned above so audio file is already in proper order so at the start of the music is when the render should start and at the fade out at the end of the music is when the render should fade out to black screen. Oh and before I forget the beginning of the render should smoothly fade into the camera view from a black screen just like the end of the render except that is going to be a fade out. Now if you could please estimate how much this is going to cost so I can send you funds so you can start working on this masterpiece as soon as you can! Oh and attached is the audio file as well to be used solely in this project, and if you can get a real feel for the audio and sync that flowing water falling off the side of the sprocket that I mention earlier to a particular defining moment that you feel is powerful when paired with the awesome audio I am sending you!
