Create Hot-Dog 3D Model & Animation

I am looking for a hot dog that is going to be the character for a very small restaurant. To do this job we are doing a lot of effort from our side, and out of a random idea this project started. The description of this character is a rock star that never accomplished his dream, he never accomplished because he was bad, and had a funny face. He needs to be dumb, funny, and heart-warming. Something really close to this would be a Minion, which is dumb, and funny. We need the 3D Model of the character, 10 movements, and 2 dances. I will provide all the movements examples, and all the ideas. For example we would be need some pointing action movements like if he would be pointing at menu, also one with a guitar like rock n roll, one with a microphone, and a short dance, just to name a few. All the movements are of between 3-5 seconds. The person we choose and does this project, will do a lot of business with us. Because that person will save the character, and we will be constantly asking him to do different animations for us, so this is also a long-term business relationship. The look of the character is a combination of a hot-dog, rock star (which can look similar to axl rose), and the blue funny character that we share in the video link [login to view URL] .Please look at images attached (we did in amateur in photoshop haha). Once one is chosen I will provided the small video clips of the movements, etc. Please remember that this is a project with a future, the person we choose will be getting constantly new paid projects from us.
