Create an Animation

We want to develop a set of 354 flash cards (hard copy) depicting activities which help children develop their milestones between the functional ages of 0 to 3 years old. The cards will be used in early intervention centres for children with a wide range of disabilities. Typically, these children have quite severe delays in one or more areas, so we can't really use photographs. For example, a child may be 3 years old but still learning to crawl. Photographs of crawling typically are with infants. So we thought it would be best to draw our own children doing the activities and games. The activities usually require an adult assisting a child with an activity. We have samples of the cards using photographs. This project is for a not for profit, so we'd look for the simplest least expensive way to do this. However, we would also like to make this product into an app. Sorry I'm not too sure of pricing.
