BE Mechanical Engineering. I have total 3 years industrial experience. In that 1 year I am working as a Quality Engineer in machine shop so know all machining process and use most of measuring instrument. known about part machining under CNC, VMC, VTL, HMC. last 2 year I was working as a Design Engineer in that use Solidwork software. My key skill is Auto cad, Catia V5 and Solidworks. 3D Part Modelling, Assembly, Sheet metal, 2D Drafting. Coconut dehusker are of different types, semi automatic and automatic , speed of machine is important factor, . Loading of machine will be manual , while de-husking operator intervention required or not required based on this , machine is designed. this is very simple machine, critical part of this machine is spike roller, manufacturing of this roller is critical. another critical is loading of coconuts. Drive can be electrical motor or if required diesel motor work on generator. How can I will be helpful, I have more than 18 years of strong experience in design and manufacturing of complicated machines. I have very good concept of manufacturing spike roller and also semi automatic machine, This proposal is for semi Automatic machine.
