Can you please provide a quote for the following tasks that I require.
I have included a screenshot of the floor plan as well as existing pictures to give you an idea of what it looks like at the moment.
My prospective client would like to retain as much as possible so as to do as little building work as possible. The renderings will need to show updated furniture and finishes as well all of the existing joinery screens and plaster details such as ceiling cornices.
We are intending to open a circular sky light in the centre of the square room as a feature and possibly build a garden in the centre instead of the sculpture.
Attached are a few pictures of the existing space as well as a plan with the area which we will refurbish outlined.
the bar will remain but have the 'face' and 'back bar' replaced.
