Actually I want to make animation gif which have eyes and mouth blinking at the same time and wings also, I will give you a pic and after seeing this you told me you can made or not? Because I want some thing new this bird not look like angry bird etc, its eyes/mouth/wings are moving forever in dalay of 2/4seconds I want to use it in a game, How many birds you will made to me with different colours in one hour? this pic is not good because no eyes and no wings, but you add these.

I am a 2d classical animator, illustrator, storyboard and concept sketch artist, I have more than 20 years experiencie in animation industry include 5 years working for Disney Feature animation. Hi, can you send a sample of the birds so i can give you more acurate quotetion. As describe, i belive one bird per hour should be fine to animate, if its the same character with different color would be just fine to make as mutch as 5 per hours. Message if you interested.
