Create an Animation

I'm trying to create a project in Powtoon, but am absolutely hopeless at it. I need a video to go for 30 to 60 seconds, that outlines how my product works. It doesn't have to be in Powtoon, it can be any sort of animation similar to that, which can then be embedded into YouTube and Facebook etc ...
