Bir Animasyon Yap

Hello, I'm looking for anyone who can write a very simple 3d animation software code in c# or visual basic.net. Basically this 3d animation shows a human character walking in the forest or by the sea. The lowest spesficationsof the source code as follows; 1 - The sex of the character must be selectable in the code ( man / woman) 2 - Backround scene must be selectable in the code (Forest / sea ect.) 3 - Walking speed (animation speed) and camera positions must be tunable by the code 4 - You must provide any library ,unit, dll, third party software, 3d files ect. that you used in this project . Note : Please use ready 3d files (for scenes and charecters) downloaded from 3d model sites. I will purchase the 3d model file prices as well. Thank You.
