Mission for Operation Assistant.
To handle all our operational small to mid management activities, that to well. so, after training you once all our operation can be managed simultaneously successfully in flow with accuracy.
Outcomes.
0: Handle all the operational activities with 90% Accuracy .
1: Handle order management
: Calling suspected order for confirmation. ( 1 hour )
: Ship out the orders from the panel ( 1.5 hour )
: Handle Non delivery report.
2: Handle Support from WhatsApp and inbuild call request panel. ( 2 hours )
3: Give daily report. ( 10 min )
4: Be energized and able to handle the task that comes in the future related to the operation.

Efficiency: Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort or mistake.
Honesty/Integrity: Does not cut corners ethically. Earns trust and maintains confidence
Coach-ability: You should be coach-able to new things and that too quickly.
