Statistical work on the results section in a meta-analysis on a medical subject

I’m Mohammed and currently I would like to hire someone to do the statistical work in the results section of a meta-analysis on a certain medical subject. The research question is (What are the differences in blood calcium levels (BCL) at the onset of acute pancreatitis between patients with or without suspected hyperparathyroidism?) and our secondary question is (Is there a difference in hypocalcaemia between these two groups after the onset of pancreatitis?) I came up with final 30 studies ( 20 studies about Acute pancreatitis patients (AP) without (-) hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) and 10 studies about acute pancreatitis patients (AP) with (+) hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) . And I extracted the data for about 20 variables (if available) on excel sheets. I would like you to help me with doing a meta-analysis to compare these two groups with the serum calcium as the main outcome. And I would also like to add some other study characteristics and graphs. This should be done with a free software, that supports my interest, in order for me to modify later if needed.
