Advanced statistical modelling - football data

I am capturing data relating to in-play football matches from leagues around the world in Excel with the following variables:
Time played (minutes ranging from 60-87 only)
Country
Scoreline (e.g. 0-1)
Subsequent goal scored (yes/no) - a binary outcome
I would like an advanced statistical model building in Excel with the following specification:
1. A user-friendly but sophisticated mathematical model that assesses how the three variables (time, country, scoreline) relate to the binary outcome (a goal) - with a simple mathematical explanation of why this is the case (I need to understand why the model chosen is the best fit for solving this)
2. The ability to assess probability of a goal being scored given certain conditions, expressed in digital odds format, and an assessment of statistical significance of the implied probability
3. The ability for me to manually add more data over time and assess changing probabilities without the need for additional programming support
I am not a mathematician - so you must be able to explain things in easy to understand language. I need to understand why the model works, as well as what it can do. Freelancers must have skills in advanced statistics and mathematics.
