Hi i am an Aerospace engineer with extensive knowledge and expertise in Axial and centrifugal impeller design for Jet engines and pumps. I also have knowledge of many of Nikola tesla inventions including tesla turbine. For your Application of forced induction basically you will need a turbine that extracts the maximum energy out of the Engine exhaust and convert that in to compressed air with a coupled centrifugal compressor ( Turbo charger ) .Or if you want to use a super charger then you will need the super charger to have very efficient compressor to convert mechanical energy supplied by the engine or a motor to compress air efficiently. The key to a efficient compressor and turbine design is to keep the flow rate high in a compact size and avoid turbulence. Turbulence causes un necessary drag on the impeller and reduces efficiency. I can develop the whole forced induction system for you ,including the turbine, compressor ,frame ,shaft and choose the right bearings. I will perform manual calculations for an initial solution and then run Detailed CFD simulations to arrive at most efficient design possible. I also have expertise in manufacturing techniques so i will make sure that the design is easily producible at a low cost and without the need of exotic technologies.
