In need of a HTTP/HTTPS proxy tester application.

The application must work on Windows and on Mac and must have a user interface. The user interface will have features such as importing proxies, exporting working proxies, test proxies, clear proxies. The UI must also be designed by you - however, I can create a mock-up design of what I want it to look like.

I can show examples of testers that have been built already.
