EMV Shimmer Hardware and Software development $2500-$3000CAD

Hello, We are looking to have an EMV hardware device accompanied with its own EMV Software which allows to read, write, duplicate and delete SDA (static Bin) / DDA (dynamic Bin). We need this developed for purposes of studying and performing proper testing in our lab in efforts to design and develop a new generation counter acting hardware device. This will help our banks and there clientele per branch minimize and end the EMV Shimmers device massive and well sophisticated affect in our region and eventually our countries economy. Creativity is a Must have when it comes to the hardware development of this project. More creativity required than the Software development since the software itself already has many examples off it online and of course has manuals than can be followed. This hardware Device is not one that is on the market or has a owners manual readily available. We do have enough direction and spec’s to begin with in developing a duplicate of this device. The EMV hardware Shimmer should be capable of intercepting communications between a chip card and the ATM, POS or Gas Pump chip card reader from any ATM or POS. It should be capable of recording track 1, track 2 and the pin of any EMV chip card inserted into any atm/pos/ Gas pump card reader slot. It’s half the size of a credit card in length and width. To make the device thin enough to insert into the card reader without mechanical interference it is to be built on a polyimide film flexible PCB. Images are available as attachments at the bottom as well of this devices design. Bluetooth capability is also embedded in order to communicate data intercepted by the device via phone, tablet or laptop through the Software program as an app on a mobile phone, tablet or laptop. storage capacity of up to 800 units of data collected is also required.
