xliff translation with DeepL and Amazon Translate API

Hello,

our goal is to have a working linux ubuntu command line to translate *.xlf files (xliff 1.2 and 2.0) with [url removed, login to view] and Amazon translate via API interface. Therefore, we would require someone to help us in the following steps:

- Programming interfaces to the APIs of [url removed, login to view] and Amazon translate.

- Programming a script to read and write xliff files with the translated strings returned by the APIs.

- Deployment of the tool on our server.

Please indicate your price, the technologies used, your experience with such API-interface programming and by when you could guarantee to finalize this project. We could start immediately.
