I'm looking for someone who could develop a cloud based live and recorded video streaming platform for us that would be used to offer Video as a Service (VaaS) for streaming of live cameras (tourist and event streaming), construction cameras (with time lapse recording function), security cameras ( with motion based recording and reporting), remote audio/video services used by live agents to monitor cameras on demand and interact with visitors, etc. Nothing that doesn't really exist already, but we want it to be our proprietary solution.
