I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . Developing an automatic processing script that uses dicom images from CT studies and generates crossectional slices of each vertebral body and measures the mean HU value using the method deacribed in the paper by Shaun P. Patel "[login to view URL]" Goal is to use the normative values provided in the paper and after measuring the HU values in selected vertebra create a report assessing the fracture risk of the individual.
