I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . Need a reaction timer program written. Program would use a light tree with white and green lights. There needs to be a five second delay between white then green light. When green light lites up reaction timer would start. A photoelectric beam would be placed about a foot away. When beam is broken reaction timer would stop.
