Hello i need a windows chat application made. It needs to be able to have a user login and for them to add friends. For an admin to be able to make new channels that users can join, for an admin to have some sort of panel that they can ban users and so on. also needs voice chat with the option to make a group chat that 10 users can all be in at once.
