Use C# and Cosmos OS to build an Operating System with some basic functions -- 2

This is the project for my operating system course at School. The #1 and partial of #2 have been done and working already, but I was stuck at #3 and #4, and it's very hard for me to get help locally. So i posted it here to see if i can get help from the C# experts in Freelancer. Please check the attachment and let me know if you are interested. All these four assignments should be submitted separately, and in the end, all these four assignments will be put into one OS, so that all the functions/features can be tested by running a bat file provided.
