I would like you to make a python script for me
Project description:
needs to run every X seconds
needs to create and update a data base or somehow keep track of the info for the last 30 hours
Will modify another file (java file) base on the analysis
Will delete the files in the database that are older than 30 hours
Specific instructions
TO DO:
global_variables :
Variable_Percent_High = X%
Seconds_update = X
override_buy_when_higher = {"BUY_ENABLED": false, "XXX" : 0.5}, I will be able to include as many overrides as I need .

calls the exchanges (poloniex, Bittrex and binace )api and verifies the % change of each pair,
Checks for the current pairs in the main file
if the current pair Variable_Percent_High = 5% or > in the main file then overrride_buy,
when a new day, the last 5 hours will need to be taken into account, to determine the pairs that need to be override. without loosing track of the %change for each pair
keeps saving in the database the current %change per pair, something like change_pair=({"BTC-USD": [-1,-2,-3,-4-,5,-6,-5-,4-,-4]},{"BTC-XVG": [-1,-2,-3,-4-,5,-6,-5-,4-,-4]} )
when a new day, the last 5 hours will need to be taken into account, to determine the real % change.
so in the end, the python script will update the file as follows, if the change is grater than X%

if a pair has changed its % change (+1.% from the last highest lowest)example, from 2% to 3.5% or -5% to - 3.5%

so any pair that comes down to <= 2 and increases 1.5%, will be ellegible for trading
and the script will only modify until where it says"strategies": {
