Powershell script or similar, for file searching

I'm looking for a small size powershell script or program that searches Windows computers for particular files. Requirements are: 1) reads file names from a .txt file and searches for them 2) searches are not case sensitive 3) needs to have some form to allow the user running it to exclude directories. For example, if I wanted to exclude C:/windows directory. Perhaps another text file with listed exclusion directories 4) needs to print or display a log of root directories that were searched and file it was looking for. And if the file is found, displays the *full* path to the file. File results should be grouped together in the log to easily see what was found. 5) program or script needs to be easily mobile. E.g. Small file size, not require any dependant programs to be installed. 6) searches other local drives, but not mapped network drives.
