NFT bot for Opensea - auto scan/buy/list

I'm looking for an Ethereum Network Smart Contract scanner for [login to view URL] that will scan the available items (continuously) and buy immediately when listed if it fulfills the set parameters. Commandline bot etc
Settings that the bot should be able to use:
- Be able to set a budget for the bot
- Specific NFT collection/contract
- rarity parameters for different price settings based upon rarity score/rank
- Max price to buy for (as soon as item is listed, if price less than .1 ETH/WETH etc)
- Ability to auto list for sale after buy
- Max Gas price setting (to use in the transaction)
**Added Note: Be able to set multiple parameter for buy at once for different rarities/collections.
