Project Manager to create translation project online and assign team members for the translation and DTP (desktop publishing) work, if any PM are to keep track of the budget cost for the project Translators can be an in-house team or outsource to external parties If it is outsourced, an purchase order need to be created from the system to the external translator, work order is created Every week internal staff are to clock in the time spent on each project Base the rate of the staff (e.g. translator, DTP, editor and others), the system is able to keep track of the actual cost of the project This also include the cost for external translator or other external resource, if any Once the project is closed or completed, the system will able to generate reports on the budget cost vs actual cost, budget time vs actual time, budget resource vs actual resource Based on the data in the system, the application is able to determine the profit and loss of the translation projects The following administrative functions are required o Employee data o External resource data o Currency conversion rate o Agent data & commission rate o Client data technical requirements: • The web application are to be developed in .Net • The web application are to integrate with SharePoint 2013 Standard for document management and workflow • Excel are to be used to connect to data source for reports • All POs, timesheets, work orders are to be stored and manage in SharePoint • If any employee assigned to project and did not enter the timesheet, an alert will be send to Manager • Approval of timesheet, work order and PO • Authentication are to be active directory • Database are to be SQL Server 2014 standard • Phase 2, all employee, client, agent data are to be migrate SugarCRM • Phase 2, Business Intelligent will be introduce for reporting
