I need Polinex Bot/Strategy

I'm looking for a programmer who has some experience with poloniex bots/strategy and API. I need simple bot/strategy to open buy order based on input criteria and automatically create sell orders based on specific criteria - pre-set before order will be created. 1. Place BUY Limit at the market price or above market price 1-2% - I would like to have an option to set how much BTC will be spent or this order. For example, if I want to spend 0.1 BTC for this particular order and altcoin cost 0.0001btc then it will automatically buy the correct amount of coins for me. 2. As soon as buy order fills, immediately set & place target sells at 5%, 6%, 7%, etc. - I would like to set target sell orders as below: 20% of the buy order will be sold @5% profit (based on the entry price) 20% of the buy order will be sold @6% profit (based on the entry price) 20% of the buy order will be sold @7% profit (based on the entry price) 20% of the buy order will be sold @8% profit (based on the entry price) 20% of the buy order will be sold @15% profit (based on the entry price) I would like to change above values to adjust this bot/strategy.
