Modify a java software that fetches data online

I have a java progam that is created according to the spec attached but we need to modify it a bit. Basically we only need two small modifications made in it and I have marked those with red so that you can see exactly what needs to be done. Unfortunately I don't have the source files(?) but I do have the whole program and it only consists of a .bat file and a .jar file... I will send you the program over PM so that you can have a look at it before you bid but I don't want to make it public here. By bidding on this project you ensure that all files etc are handled confidentially.
