Magento/Vtiger Integration (Must be custom built)-Phase 1

Im looking to have a integration built to move data from magento to vtiger in real time. This integration but be custom built and not be someone elses integration. Please see image attached on the depth of integration. This integration will be done in two phases. Phase 1 being the data moves from magento to vtiger. Phase 2 will be from vtiger to magento. Im running on a very tight budget right now so please take this into consideration. I will have you (if chosen) do a very small project to show you know what your doing in vtiger/magento. Please bid you bid and time line. We can then test your skills and then set up a progress timeline. If you have it built already but can be edited then I will consider this.
